Welcome to our new Client Support System! Please follow the steps below to register, log in, and create your support ticket.
- Register as a Client: Please fill in all required fields. Ensure you’re using your company email that includes your domain name.
- Check Your Inbox: Look for an email from PX Media containing a link to finalize your registration.
- Log In: Return to the PX Media website, find the login link under the Services menu, and log in using your username or email address and password.
- Access Client Support: Once logged in, you’ll reach the “Client Support” ticket system.
- Submit a Ticket: Provide detailed information about your request or issue, and submit the ticket. We’ll review your ticket, schedule the task or solve your problem, and notify you once it’s completed.
- Track Your Ticket: Log in at any time to check for updates on your ticket or to add more information.
Fill in the ticket information, and submit. Please, be descriptive as possable. We will receive the ticket and scheduale your task or solve your problem and reply once completed.Note: we will be adding an upload to the ticket system soon.
